OperBot is looking for a new maintainer.  Anyone who can program C
reasonably and knows the client side IRC protocol can e-mail Hwy at
wcampbel@botbay.net or hwy101@kabel.pp.ru for more information on 
taking over the project.  I will grant CVS access as well.
